Project details
The 64.000 m² floor space of this city quarter „DOMAQUAREE“ is comprised of office space, shops, a hotel, a “House of Life”, and apartments. Particularly attractive is a 30 m high aquarium looming in the centre of the four part ensemble of the „DOMAQUAREE“.
Through the middle of the aquarium, a panorama lift takes visitors to the uppermost level, where the wellness and gastronomy areas provide a view over the rooftops of Berlin. Waagner Biro‘s scope of work includes the envelope of the top two floors of the two main buildings, consisting of large single and double curved insulated glass units.
